DELIVERIES

When you check out in the shopping cart, you will be shown: the shipping zones, the available delivery methods, as well as the delivery times and costs.

For home deliveries you will receive a delivery confirmation email (sent as soon as your purchase leaves our warehouse).
You may be contacted by the carrier, by SMS or email to be informed of the delivery of the order.

RECEIPT OF THE GOODS 

Upon receipt, if your order is not in good condition, you must return it immediately to the carrier, so that the process of replacing it can begin.

RETURNS

You have 15 days, counting from the from the date of receipt of the order to make the return.
Returns must be requested via the website, in your reserved area or using the link you received when you placed the order.
Only items in perfect condition will be returned.
The delivery of the product will be the responsibility of the customer and the address to send the goods will be sent in the return authorization.
After receiving the return, you can choose to receive the amount of your return either in the form of a Voucher that will be processed automatically and made available in the reserved area, or the amount paid will be refunded using the same method you used to make the payment. If you used the Multibanco reference, you will need to indicate the IBAN to process the refund of the amount.
